The President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, inaugurated the 55th edition of the Algiers International Fair (FIA) on Monday, 24 June 2024, at the Palais des Expositions (Pins Maritimes, Algiers), under the theme “A gateway for exchanges and partnership and investment opportunities”. President Tebboune listened to a presentation presented by the Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, Mr Tayeb Zitouni, on the first results of the national export promotion policy. In parallel with this inauguration, Mr Adel Khemane, Director General of IMETAL Group, met Mr Fayçal Bentaleb, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Mr Mohamed Arkab, Minister of Energy and Mines, Mr Karim Bibi Triki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Mr Yacine El-Mahdi Oualid, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises, Mr Mohamed El-Habib Zahana, Minister of Transport, Mr Youcef Belmehdi, Minister of Religious Affairs and Wakfs, Mr Yassine Merabbi, Minister of Training and Vocational Education, as well as Mr Rachid Hachichi, CEO of SONATRACH Group.
Opening today, 5 May 2024, of the 26th edition of the International Building, Construction Materials and Public Works Exhibition (BATIMATEC), which runs until 9 May at Palais des Exhibition Algiers, where IMETAL Group participates with five of its subsidiaries: FONDAL, ENTPL, SERSID, SIDER EL HADJAR and REFRACTAL. Discover in photos our stand, which welcomed visitors interested in the subsidiaries' products and services. We were also honoured by the visit of the CEO of our subsidiary SERSID, Mr Abdelhalim Arrouche, and by the Director General of AVMETAL, a joint venture with our subsidiary BATIMETAL.
Monday, 14 October 2024, the 17th Annual Iron and Steel Summit and the International Iron and Steel Exhibition, Doha, Qatar, was inaugurated in Doha, Qatar, in which the Metallurgical and Steel Industries Group IMETAL participated with nine of its subsidiaries, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of State for Energy Affairs - Qatar, His Excellency Engineer Saad bin Sherida, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Iron and Steel Union, Mr Awwad Al Khaldi, and the Secretary General of the Union, Dr Kamel Djoudi.
SNS Holding had the honour of receiving a visit from the President of the Republic, Mr Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on December 19, 2024, on the occasion of the opening of the 32nd edition of the Algerian Production Fair.
